Transition project - change of global WAN supplier for Danish pharmaceutical company

Job role: Project Manager | Sep 2017 – Jan 2018

Project description:

Change of global WAN supplier for client from one supplier to another including handling of service integrator. Scope and stakeholders involved customer HQ and all affiliates. Scope also included a detailed migration analysis based on the clients connectivity strategy, introducing less MPLS and more internet to cater for future cloud requirements and to optimise cost. Reporting to Stc.

Implementation of a new SAP PTP process at a Danish pharmaceutical company

Job role: Business Implementation Manager | Jun 2014 – Oct 2014

Project description:
Implementation of a new SAP PTP (procure to pay) process. Project management and organisational change management of new PTP (procure to pay) process. Project management of Sourcing, Finance, SAP project and vendor resources. Planning and execution of ramp down/up activities, test, hyper care & support.
