Change of global WAN supplier for client from one supplier to another including handling of service integrator. Scope and stakeholders involved customer HQ and all affiliates. Scope also included a detailed migration analysis based on the clients connectivity strategy, introducing less MPLS and more internet to cater for future cloud requirements and to optimise cost.
